some of them they do, and serco have a few. There are some private run prisons still the same as normal prisons but run by companys and not the DOJ, althou they still have to run by the DOJ rules and regulations. Think all the immigration centers are privatised also. I think the privatised prisons can only accomidate cat C prisoners ie: those least likely to be a problem, ya shop lifters, white collar crimes etc. The ones that are one step away from being in open prisons. * +
