There's some credence to lemon juice inhibiting kidney stone growth,but there not something that just forms overnight.
I can tell you from experience also,that once you have a kidney stone blocking your piss from coming out,no amount of lemon juice is going to dissolve it.
You need intravenous morphine until its removed under general anaesthesia or ultrasonically fragmented.
Those things are the worst kind of pain.
