Do you ever eat plain bland food IE sometimes i just have plain boiled rice nothing else just the rice. Or spagetti with nothing on it exept a load of black pepper and sometimes a bit of butter or marge ! what plain food if any do you like ?

A number of times I had plain boiled rice, plain toast, pure Greek yoghurt, salt less Smith's crisps and chips with nothing on them * +

fried porridge doesn't sound bland or plain, it sounds absolutely horrific. it should be considered child abuse if fed to a hungry child IMO * +

I lost my taste for ages after radiation and it ruined food for me. Everything was well beyond 'bland' all I could taste was texture. It was horrible *
