Do you give them out often? The other time an old lady came to me selling some stuff and i was too lazy to take out my wallet. I also saw an old guy picking half smoked cigs off the bin and smoking it and i gave him two fresh sticks out of mine. * +

It depends on what I have on me, my mood or if I think it will go to something productive. Although when England tore Scotland apart in the 6 nations a chugger did get me to set up a direct debit for deaf kids which I immediately cancelled when I sobered up. Seriously, there should be a limit to how big a chugger t*ts can be. * +

In this small island of indonesia i frequent, whenever i am at a money changer, i will get kids around 10 or so 3-10 year olds swarming me for money 
I will ignore the little s**ts and not give in to pressure, rush in the car, roll down the window a little and threw out a couple of notes valued at like 5 dollars and watch them scramble and fight among themselves for the money
