She had been warned 5 times previously, it may seem harsh but the law is the law and after her serving time she will receive the help she needs. * +

She had no access to a solicitor or anyone to defend her in court. She claims CCTV footage could prove she had an alibi but she was unable to prove this. * +

But her begging was non aggressive. She just asked someone for 50 pence. No following the person or aggression when denied. * +
