If the Conservative government had there way there's one job for them, to be used as an organ bank to be used to save worthy people who don't claim disablement benefits. Then there corpse disposed of and forgotten.

I had to feed a guy a sandwich once because he had no hands to do it himself, back at the phys rehab hospital.

That's nothing, i saw a guy eating a bowl of noodles with chopsticks with his feet (coz he got no arms) and yes fkn chopsticks! Its amazing what people can do. * +
