Do you know any local history where you are or where you have lived in the past?
I live near Warwick Castle, first a Roman fort, added to by the Normans in 1068, then again by Tudor Henry II, and was only ever under attack in the first English Civil War in the 17th century, and never took much damage. It did contain a few prisoners, wealthy powerful people uh I'm not too sure who, but its really more like a stately home which is kinda boring. Kenilworth Castle is a bit more interesting though, as in the 15th century, Henry V made an impressive vast moat by building a dam in the nearby river, you can still see how far the lake/moat went if you go there today. Plus you can eat the fruit growing on the trees which is a nice bonus ha! * +

I went to Warwick Castle on a school trip once. The only thing I remember is someone getting a hand job at the back of the bus. And I put vodka in my coke bottle

I have detailed files...
I know a hell of a lot. About The building of Milton Keynes, about the towns and villages already here before they were swallowed up by it, and about the land and ancient use of it.
From medieval sites, Roman sites, village culture, early development plans, politics, builder/resident culture, i know an absurd amount - because it's been a very interesting place to settle.
Shame all visitors see are concrete cows and roundabouts. * +

Since Oklahoma is only 110 years old, it is rather easy to learn its history. But my hobby is its geology which takes a bit more study.
