Is it right people from around the world use the NHS then refuse to pay for treatment received, it been reported on the BBC news the NHS has unpaid bills of 30million pounds for this year. I would list the countries who are the worst offenders but administration would just delete this topic . look on the BBC news website and a number of UK newspaper sites. For the full story. * +

I was at the doctors the other week, it was like being in a mosque. Thing is, you don't see these people on the streets there, so where are they when they're not in the surgery? Why is it some sort of magnet for a minority? It's all very odd.
Even the doctor was asian. She was well fit. * +

mrs T had a hospital appointment few weeks ago, i went with her for moral support. we walked in and up to reception, receptionist said do you have any ID like drivers licence or passport ? no mrs T said i wasnt asked to bring any. You sound foreign said the african receptionist you need ID.
