was reading abt Sofia Vergara (sp) and how '' her embryos'' are suing her for denying them their inheritances, a trust fund that was set up for them. thy even have names, both are female.

her ex is suing for custody / ownership of said embryos.

while I am not one for celeb gossip, o am interested in the case if not the ppl involved as the more breakthroughs we make in science, the more problems we can require as well. * +

If a contract isn't already in place then they should be given elsewhere if they can't agree. They both agreed to it in the first place. If they both still want the child and are willing to be separated parents, then the bank balance won't hurt as much. * +
