I sold something on Ebay, I noticed once the item had sold that the winner never had any feedback at all. I messaged him and he has now said he doesn't want the item. I'm not sure what to do now, it's only been a day, don't you have to wait two days before you can go through the process about none payment? and what about the second chance thing, I've never had this problem before so unsure what to do. * +

just cancel the sale, the buyer doesn't even have to agree, make sure you do because ebay will still take their fee * +

You can't just relist, think you have to open none payment case and wait until that's finished. I've read different things, some say you have to wait 2 days to do that. others have said 4. Even if i did relist, i will get charged fees for this transaction. * +
