So it goes, from the top, the queen/royals (b***h), then the Health and Safety Executive, then HM Revenue and Customs, and then the government. But what comes next? Where do other organisation like intelligence, such as MI5, MI6 and GCHQ come into the list, do they have power or are they classed as government? * +

Yep, they can enter any premisses at any time of the day any day of the week. You have no right to stop them. They can close down any business or any event whenever they like, along with ordering anything else that must happen because it is a health and safety concern. * +
