Guys a nurse was denied work at her workplace due to her dentures stolen. A manager said she can go home and come back after putting in new teeth. He said the appearance is very important for the job.Now wanna ask what the chances would be for a guy ,missing 2 upper front teeth, to pass the interview for a Helpdesk position? Is teeth important for that position? I understand customer service and reception jobs where you have to smile often. But Helpdesk? * +

I dunno, I wouldn't mind having an IV put in by someone with no teeth. At least I'd feel like they knew what they were doing. * +

Teeth and good looking ones are very much important. I feel like if you're gonna be at a help desk talking to and helping people at least have a proper smile since you might be required to smile even when you don't want to.

I know it's prejudging people and can't judge s book by it's cover, but I dunno how comfortable I'd be having someone with no teeth giving me a needle, unless of course I'm in an alley hooked on all sorts of s**t. Appearance makes and breaks and is very important in most occupations. * +

I agree with birdy. someone with no teeth has probably had toooons of experience shooting up, so they could put the cannula in quite well lol * +
