I work 48 hours a week, I've just completed my 48 hours this week. Got into bed at 11 thought I'd grab a few hours kip before my delivery arrives, anyway snoring away and work rings me. Can you cover a shift tonight? The thing is in a day I start this weeks 48 hours. Should I really feel bad about this? Or just let them call in agency? * +

You work in care? If so you've got to have regular days off duty and at least I think 8 hours between working days,I might be wrong on that figure but I'm right on having x amount between shifts. * +

Yes of upto 48 hours a week,I even signed that but in the work directive it clearly states the amount of hours between shifts that is legal. * +
