If you kill yourself deliberately, it's suicide.

If you kill someone else deliberately, it's murder.

If you have the physical ability to kill yourself, you have the physical right.

If you don't have the physical ability to kill yourself, you don't.

So the question is, can you give someone else permission to murder you?
Well, that's not a simple question of physical reach, unlike the previous points I suggest.

Instead, it's a matter of opinion. It IS murder, the only question is, should it be permitted..?

My personal conclusion, after much thought, is no - bearing in mind, the context of 'permitted' and it's place in society. * +
