do you recycle your rubbish ? do you have special bins for paper, glass, metal etc or are you a throw everything in one rubbish bag and fk them kinda person ? * +

its a council by law round here that you have to recycle, the council come round checking your bins and if theres stuff in the normal bin that should be recycled you get fined * +

our council gave us all seperate bins for everything. one for paper and card. one for metal cans. one for general waste. one for plastic bottles. one for glass. one for garden rubbish and leaves. * +

but anyway, no i don't, i take my trash to the dumps every weekend, there are ppl there who have separated bins, they have an arragement with the ppl at the dumps, they then take the paper, plastic etc nd put it in heaps that they later sell to recyclin companies like multi plastic nd mpact. * +

Tbh cardboard is easy to sort out but fk em if they think going waste life away washing containers before they go in the recycling bins....you could get paid for recycling empty cans etc but haven't seen incentives like that since the 90's...they might get paid? * +
