I've only ever had one, it really did feel head-splitting.

Couldn't keep painkillers down, eventually managed to drag myself to the chemist for Migralieve.

My Mum had incapacitating ones, she's stopped drinking caffeine and it's helped. There are countless potential triggers. * +
