Yes. It shouldn't, and I do well to bring it to a minimum.
But if I said I was just as happy to be stuck indoors on a rainy day than be able to go out and feel the warm sunshine, I'd be lying. * +

I think it does. I think the heat affects people in a way that everyone gets frustrated because after a few days no one knows how to cool down and stuff. and even in winter, the weather can make people feel depressed. Vitamin D is important and often the sun doesn't come out very much.
