Nope it won't be visible without a telescope, 2014 DX110 is a 30-40 metre rock which will be at it's closest to earth at 20.59uct when it will be 0.91 lunar distances away.
Another smaller 14m rock passes even closer tomorrow at just 0.21ld.

Also it won't 'pass between us and the moon', at it's closest point it will be slightly closer to us than the moon. * +
