I don't get that nervous, but I do get all chatty when I'm under pressure. I remember in one interview the guy asked me when was the last time I felt I reacted well under pressure. I have no idea why but I started tellin him about when my son was constipated and I had to help him pass the plug of his bowel movement lol. His face was a picture. * +

Lol. I just clam up when they ask me to tell me positives about myself. Under pressure is an easy one for me. But only because it's recent! I'm just dreading my interview later and I've only been out of work 3 days. Weird really! * +

It's a power thing, forget you're sitting there in front of a manager or supervisor and think of that person as a friend.
They want to find out if they'll get on with you and what type of person you are and if you will fit in with them.
Think also that you've got to fit in there and you've got to get on with that person, ease some pressure off yourself. * +
