Ok i need help. The shut down button on my laptop isnt working ..like it just wont shut down when i click on it or even restart or anything. What could be the problem n how do i fix it? HALP!! * +

I think for that i need to restart n press F8 before windows loads but its not even restarting. I mean when i click on restart ..nothing happens * +

A couple of times it just wasnt shutting down, the screen was just saying shutting down for so long that i got frustrated n just took out the battery.. could that have made something go wrong? * +
