a friend was tellin me abt a corner shop who is cheap with their meat, beef sellin at R29.99 a kilo... i wouldn't touch it with a pole, tho my friend insists it is good meat. * +

i always look in the reduced section of tescos 
you can get some good stuff, got 2 rib eye steaks a few weeks ago down from ten quid to two pound thirty five pence * +
