I am extremely polite and very nice plus helpful in there. I write formal inbox messages with perfect grammar and use proper letter headings etc. I also help clueless sellers with postage methods and do the homework for them for the best shipping service. Its all done in goodwill. But yesterday, some homo was soo touched by me that he want to be friends with me on facebook. He sent me a friend request. What?? ebay is a marketplace not a social platform. Am i that sad? * +

He sent me this before the friend request magically appear: I want to sincerely apologize to you for my mistakes and you helped me a lot and I have learned form this experience. Normally a lot of people would throw a big fit over things like this and even though you had the right to you did not. I strongly respect how you handle this and I feel really bad for not being able to deliver. Once again sorry and hope you have a wonderful day. * +
