Where can I download games my cousin loaded his details on the microsoft access now they want me to do some family thing. As for my data I'm just browsing to see where I can download games in 1 hour 35mb was finished yet I can't even download anything * +

HI you ideally need to use the inbuilt store app 
and search/browse the available apps/games lots are Free (cheesy) if mobile data use is an issue, then you can download in a internet connected pc and sideload the software into the microsd card... On a pc Visit

Download and install
manually
clicking that will download the .xap installation file(good)

To side load them onto your sdcard just either connect your phone and using windows explorer copy them from pc to the phones micro-sd card or remove micro-sd card from phone and using a card reader copy them to the micro-sd card......
Once done restart your phone and click the store app you may need to connect and wait a few mind whilst it identifys the installation files youve placed on micro-sd card....

on your computer you may need to install windows phone 8 connector app to allow browsing the phones micro-sd card.

(angry6)Ive not had that myself im guessing since you said your cousin set up your phone using his details perhaps he ist of sufficent age and has activated family safety thing which prevents norty teens spending unauthorised money,,,
Ive got several windows phones and only requirement to use the store is to sign in with your windows Live and if dont havr one it'll ask you to create one

What you need to do is try one of several things firstly you could get your cousin to change the age on live/hotmail account to over age 22 , or create yourself a live id and ensure your age is set over 22 now if choose 2nd option (preffered) you'll need to reset your phone ,..youll loose all your datas so copy everything important first ,ensure phones full charged ,Swipe left Goto Settings /scroll down to About/Reset My Phone Yes and confirm
be pateint while it wipes it clean and restarts ,and reinstalls required items ,takes a few mins
now itll ask for your microsoft accout or create on or do it later ,if enter your new over 22 live id your problem should have gone * +
