Yes Buy a BT headset or perhaps a BT alert wristband and it works 
thanks to Microsoft for this and NOT nokia....things will improve if your device gets the 7.8 update * +

sorry i don't use blue-tooth headsets id guess and say yes most would work as they'll be recognized as a headset and not trying to do anything else,ive just try my blue-tooth keyboard and thats also Not Supported
