Welcome to windows phone you need your computer and a app called zune installed in it and the data cable , or try emailing your content to yourself and saving the attachment * +

yes download it on your computer then transfer it to your lumia ,you carnt bluetooth stuff either good innit you can use your bluetooth for a headset though * +
