Don't know whether it works on every WP, but here's how to access it: Go to phone function - Dial Hash Hash 634 Hash And you'll see different feature tests. Now click on options button and from there you can change USB mode from Zune to Serial. * +

Serial mode don't work, but there is a tweak over at xda to use Lumia in mass mem mode. *
