cant find it app manager so googled it and downloaded rootsh 1.5.3.tar.gz but cant get it to install, went to file manager and it has a question mark next to it, i click on it and it says select application to open file? i clicked app manager and it says install rootsh 1.5.3. tar.gz but is says the file size is 0kg and then says file is corrupted, but the file manager says it is 143kb * +
