the formatting feature is broken in the nitdroid installer...you need to go to www.nitdroid.com for a full tutorial of how to manually partiton the memory card yourself, unfortunately. * +

Forgot to add...only go as far as Step 1 then run the installer again, then it'll work and not freeze :) * +

installer worked fine for me, i used it on an empty memory card. *
