If you're going to unlock it I would have thought so (obviously can't be CERTAIN) but the 10 quid topup would only really be to make the phone active on the Orange network, so one would assume it'd be entirely unnecessary if you're getting it unlocked, although please bear in mind that that's 'best guess' rather than a factual statement. * +
