Do you mean that the touch screen isn't working too well? Reviewers have noted that the touch responsiveness is somewhat sluggish, which seems to be a drawback of the phone. It could be however that your screen has shifted out of alignment which happens sometimes and is easy to remedy. Not sure exactly where it'll be on the LG, but normally you'd go to 'start/settings/system/screen/align screen' and hit the crosses until it's realigned. *
