I have now installed NITdroid to the internal 32gb memory on my n900, I cant believe how fast it runs!!! Faster than most native android phones I have tried and I havent overclocked it yet!!! overclocking it from the standard 600mhz is next on the list of things to do then watch it take off lollol * +

Hmm so you did it. I am just downloading it from today, maybe download completes by tomorrow. But I would still need some more reading before I do it. Btw @bla..bla how many partitions have you made in 32Gb memory? For nitdroid, ubuntu, meego... and of what sizes? Do I need to backup my contacts, msges, calender before repartitioning? * +

you dont repartition the internal memory, you need a memory card, 2gb is what is needed for meego and nitdroid each * +

@bla..bla why not to partition internal memory? I had(can have it back) 2gb mmc but I don't think its of high class as I sometimes get corrupted memory while running win95 etc in my x n82. * +

Oh ya, I got in in my 512Mb card. (surprise). I thought 2Gb was minimum size of partition required for android but its actually maximum size. Gone through many posts and finally landed to correct page yesterday night and now I am running it just fine. Much faster than what I thought, yet I haven't tried any application so don't know about speed of third party apps but built in apps seems2run fine. * +

and yes seems like I will go further to install it in partitioned emmc. That would be better I guess. * +
