if u have a problem with your BB and tried everything from battery pull, deleting everything or even a software update then u can try this... 1st make sure u back up any important data like contacts, calender details and sensitive information... * +

on your phone u go to options on main menu... security options... and then security wipe... i would advise having full battery for this and patience when the rebooting starts. u can also use this method to wipe phone clean before u sell or give your BB away... * +

ive had a recent problem which only a security wipe fixed... which is weird cause i was sure a software flash would have done the trick. hope someone may find this useful... your BB would go back to default settings n appearance * +

ive got a bb bol 9700 it was locked to o2 now unlocked to all networks my downloaded apps arnt working says no data connection but it lets me use intrnet on it ?? * +

u got a Bold 9700... was locked to O2... now u unlocked it... what network are u on now? and do u have Blackberry service on account? are u using internet through WIFI? or network data? * +

I deleted some of d applications on my bb7290, i though it was like nokia phones i didnt know WEB BROWSER is a software on its own on bb cos am a beginner user. Due to ds hazzards done there is no access for downloading on d phone again. Pls help on how get d web browser back on it. Thanks * +
