dizzy ring Tmobile n ask them do u have tombile blackberry service on your plan... and u may wanna connect your BB 9700 to a laptop... n download software update. have u tried what i written in early posts? u need to back up all your stuff if u gonna try that * +

isis make sure u have Os 5 operating system... if not then u need to update your software too if your network provider allows u too. if its on latest software then back up all your details n do what i written in early posts... *
