My SE Vivaz is approx 4months old now. I tried to charge it this morning but the charger won't fit because one of the metal components inside the socket of the mobile has buckled :( no idea how tho. Anyway, does anyone know whether this is covered by warranty or insurance only? *

thats insurance only, Sony wood put it down to physical damage. however, depending on what network you are with you can call them up. Orange for example give 6 months waranty when purchased direct with them. so call and see. *

Hi, cheers for reply. Yeah I suspect it might be insurance only. Will find out later today and if it's not under warranty will be writing a very sharp letter lol. *
