Samsung have announced their new ARM Cortex A9 dual-core based Orion chipset, the successor to their Hummingbird CPU found in the Galaxy S and Wave. Same 1GHz on both Orion and Tegra2, being dual core i doubt they will need to be higher than 1GHz. :) *
