Who told you that Kisses is spyware, Julia? I used it on all FOUR of my BB's. http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/reviews/4762 at the bottom of the page one person installed and then deliberately installed Snoops (well know spyware) and Kisses caught it immediately. * +

It is not a new instalation of the map. it was a first of instalation fof the money manager though, that is OTHER application. I tryed to update OS but it didn't go through. Sorry if I'm being silly but I admit I'm clueless. * +

that was meant to be app not map. I'd prefer an easier solution than to reinstall or wipe, besides I don't know how to do that anyway. 07_ps, if I clicked on update on websit but nothing happened, could that still be the reason for my phone to start this behaviour? does anybody else have good experience with kisses app? * +

i use kisses app and i think its safe. I got it off the BB Apps. I also get the permission screen for all new Apps. Its normal * +

i also had a problem like that, just left it. yesterday after upgrading my Bold 9700 software it seemed to fix all problems that i had...maybe try that *
