ive got a security lock on the phone but when i try to get in it obviously requests the pasword but the thing is i put it in bt the unlock button does not respond what do i nid to do? * +

Have you tried a soft reset? Mine used to do that and a hard reset was all that would fix it. * +

If you can't enter your phone at all you may need to do a factory reset - NOTE: this will erase all data and programs stored on your phone.
