probably an incomplete download/ temp files. Take the easy solution and install pocket mechanic, navigate to large files,check (tick)skip files on RAM ,storage card and scan * +

close some apps down occasionally to free up some memory. my guess is that its been on for ages and your internet browser is taking up lots of memory *
