i dont know why. i accidently did a soft or hard reset on my phone not knowing what it was. started normally realize my programs were gone put them back on. now ive shut down my phone and when i start it up again it gives me the normal red light loads as normal and is stuck in the black pantech loading start up screen. no sight of the home screen or nothing. need some major help please. * +

dont know if it helps but i recently put net 3.5 on it. though it was working well. and the phone is still stuck saying pantech well into an hour now. i dont know if i clear all my personal files off it from the computer will work. * +

Does your device have a storage card? If you hard reset, then re-installed your programs, and put your memory card back in, there'd be residual info from the programs in their PREVIOUS state, which could have caused the conflict with the newly installed versions, although the fact that it's now started up makes that less likely - odd one.. * +
