Looks like HTC Hero will be recieving the V2.1 Eclair update in April,its not official but its news from XDA which is apparently reliable: http://www.gsmarena.com/euro_htc_hero_is_getting_the_v21_ecair_update_in_april-news-1528.php good enough for me, by the time i upgrade the HERO will already be on V2.1 from my network Vodacom. *
