at that letter mate.. I never really liked orange. have always been t.mobile although I have tried the others but always end up back with tmob. 1 of the main reasons is customer service was in uk.. but even that has changed now.. they are very polite but its just like your letter says. it took me 5 calls to sort out my picture messaging! *
