alot of users over at maemo.org are having big problems with there USB ports falling off, Nokia released a statement saying if the problem does happen they will honour the warranty, but they are turning people down and devices are being returned unfixed.. http://is.gd/98XA1 * +

so anyon thinking of buying the N900 be careful, if this happens to you and nokia dont fix it you will have an expensive phone that will not be any good. * +

does your usb slot wiggle up and down when the cables pluged in biggzy?

crail some are not repirable due to the copper pads coming off the main board with the usb port, nokia have even said to some users that there n900 are unrepairable. my cablw wiggles from side to side a bit, but it does it in my partners e72 also, its just the cable. * +

yeh just take care, also make sure your charger and data cable slide in and out easy, as some are tight and will rip your usb socket off the board. * +
