Can't think of any logical reason - perhaps you've got a corrupted .cab, what size is it? It should be 2.58mb. * +

I'm sorry, I've not come across any comparable experience (and I've looked). One known installation problem is if you've installed an app prior to the attempted installation of Netcf3.5 and haven't soft reset. If this is the case, soft reset your device and try installing Netcf3.5 again. * +
