What is wrong with my p3400 i cant open the camera, must i reset the phone or what please help me. *

I had a look round and this may be because you have too many other programs running - the camera requires quite a lot of RAM, so yes, a soft reset should resolve the problem (or just simply switching it off an on again). To prevent having to do this every time you want to use the camera, ensure that programs are properly closed by holding down the 'x' button in the task manager at the top right *

of the Today screen - tapping it will only SUSPEND the program, leaving it running in the background and hence eating RAM. You may also want to look into downloading a RAM cleaner which you can use to regularly sweep your RAM and save yourself constant resetting. *
