There are various apps you can get such as Mobile Speak which'll read text out from the screen, or Microsoft Voice Command using which you can perform most functions by speech. Most browsers have a zoom function (Opera Mobile zooms up to 200 percent). You could also add a large face font to the 'windows/fonts' directory on most devices. Hope this helps. *
