I'm sure others can give more detailed answers but they are great for business and keeping in touch with e-mails etc. they are very stable unlike a lot of other smartphones and have a very bright screen. once your used to them they are very adaptable phones. Only down side is poor camera but thats not what they're really about. new bold 9700 i would think is the best. * +

personally i would like the new bold 9700... 8520 yea is a great budget blackberry n ideally for new starters. the bb flip (8220) hardly gets a mention in the forums but thats a good well built n strong bb model. the bb IM service is great too, internet amazing, typing is comfy, large n crystal clear screens... love them * +
