where can i get cab files for my htc dash/s620 and imte kjam , not apps that use internet explorer thou find it too slow , ive already gotten skyfire (best cab lol), youtube , vtap and nimbuzz ( only on kjam) . * +

IE is slow, but, the best way to download cabs. You could try UCweb, but, it'll download sometimes, not always. * +
