Yeah, you occasionally see that on sites like media convert which use advanced java scripting, your best bet in such cases is to try a different browser. Don't worry, it's not something nasty ON your phone, but it is best to exit the browser to clear it, * +

it does dissappear for sometime then re-appear showing all the programs l got. * +

If you don't have a browser open, you may have too many programs running at the same time which are eating your RAM, close some or all of them from your task manager, or from 'quick apps' by using the 'x' button to the top right of your today screen. *
