hi.i want the bb8520 ..im confused in regards to the blackberry internet service bis....i can go on fb and twitter for free but can i browse oother sites? Can i download music from my sites?will it charge me if i download? Can i get other apps also.....pls help..*south africa * +

ALL THAT IS FREE. My mum got a BB 8900 Curve after her s710 was stolen in a smash and grab. Went to Vodashop to help her get a new phone, when doing the sim swap and al they askd if she wants BIS, just R59pm, and they explained that Email,browsing and downloading are all free. PS. Id get the 8900 or 8320 if i was you,the 8520 aint so gud. * +

By the way it takes around 6hours to activate it, so what id suggest is maybe doing it the day b4 getting the phone if possible,so that when u do get it you can immediatly start browsing etc. . . * +

8900 has more quality n higher megapixel cam than the 8520 but 8520 has the new touch sensitive pad instead of the rollerball which is so cool n user friendly in comparison... * +

im confused aswell with all this. iv seen a contract deal on o2, wher u get 100min n 3000texts, but says nothing about the internet. all i know is it has wifi, and edge. apart frm the wifi am i able to use the net for free, is that what edge technology is? can any1 help xplain what it is * +
