There's no reason why anyone with virtually ANY device shouldn't be able to download Mini - use your default browser 8 * +

Yeah, sorry I just read that again. As rohan said, downloads are disabled in the beta - however when I've clicked on a download link using it, it's offered me the download in Internet Explorer which has proceeded normally. * +
